STEP 1: Look through the lens of a business owner

The real question is not “How can we make $250,000 in real estate as realtors?”  The real question is “How can we earn $250,000 building our businesses in the real estate industry?”  We must understand quickly that we have chosen the path of ENTREPRENEURSHIP – and that is a big deal that requires a lot of commitment.

How do I know? I’ve been an entrepreneur all my life – from selling ice cream for my parents’ ice cream truck, to working the register in their restaurant, to pushing GOLD in the streets of Los Angeles.  I have sold three businesses in my lifetime that have generated millions for myself and my family.  I don’t say this to brag.  I say it to let you know that it is very real and very possible.

For the past 15 years and counting, I have operated a successful CPA firm that consults businesses and individuals worth millions of dollars.  I am also the broker/owner of a Century 21 franchise in which I am very hands-on with the agents in helping them grow into successful business owners.

STEP 2:  Find the right mentor

The first step within Step 2 is to humble yourself and allow yourself to be mentored.  You have to know that almost every successful business owner has been where you are at right now, and many of them have valuable knowledge that you can use.  The second step within Step 2 is to find a willing mentor who will actually set aside time to meet with you and be there when you need him/her.

I look forward to sharing the last three steps with you in person.  My confidence and desire to help individuals like you grow is unrelenting, and I know that, together, we can build a DREAM as big as your IMAGINATION.
